Eligibility:

• Return within 7 Days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags & packaging
• Customized / Blouses stitched items cannot be returned
• Sarees with fall / pico / blouse cutting done cannot be returned

Non-Returnable:

• Gift Cards, Intimate Wear, Used Products, Sale Items under 30% off

Process:

1. Email us at support@kammashoppers.in with Order ID + Photo + Reason within 7 days
2. Once approved, courier to: Kammashoppers, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India – 520008
3. Customer pays return shipping. For India – we can arrange pickup (chargeable)
4. International Returns (USA, UK, Worldwide): Customer pays return shipping + customs if any

Refund:

• After inspection, refund in 5-7 working days to original payment method
• Shipping charges non-refundable
• For COD orders – refund via Bank Transfer

Damaged / Wrong Item:

• Report within 24 hours of delivery with unpacking video/photo
• We will replace or full refund including shipping
